Work Order Request

All non-emergency support requests from faculty, staff, and students should be emailed to itshelp@olivetcollege.edu.
 
For emergencies - including service outages and the inability to work - please call ITS at ext. 7666 or (269) 749-7666 from a mobile phone.

Regular office hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Summer office hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
 
Due to increased precautions, all support requests must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in support will not be available.
 
The ITS office will be closed according to the Olivet College holiday schedule.

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 11:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 2:00pm - 11:00pm

 Open daily from 8:00am-midnight (frequently in use for classes from 8AM-3PM most weekdays).
